A Canadian developer based in the Dominican Republic needed to refresh their Yorkville condo as their newly vested interest in TIFF brings high profile clients and friends to Toronto. Warmth and sophisticated elegance was created with the use of custom walnut millwork, natural split faced stone, European kitchen, and appointed lighting. Integrated technology plays an important role in this condo with a graphic eye lighting control system and the latest entertainment system throughout.
