South Beach Condos + Lofts will soar distinctively from the ground, awash in the simmering pastels that define the South Beach style. The exterior design was created “in an art deco style with strong vertical lines from top to bottom, elements of cubism, floor-to-ceiling glass to allow natural light into suites, and coloured solar panels atop each of the two 28-storey towers for added drama.”
